The
last game in 2013-14 ABA Adriatic league regular season, Game 26, will
start today with two games. Three more games will be played tomorrow,
March 30, and two more at Monday, March 31.
Totally not interesting week in ABA league as we have known all four
teams who will compete in Final four tournament, and two teams that
took last two places at the standings.
The only one question is if Partizan NIS or Cibona will enter Final four from third or fourth position. Game of the week is game between Partizan NIS and Cedevita.

Two
more games in 2013-14 ABA Adriatic league regular season. It is already
clear that Crvena Zvezda Telekom and Cedevita will play at Final four
tournament. Last two tickets will be decided in next two games.
Partizan NIS, Cibona and Buducnost VOLI will fight for the last two
places in Final four tournament. Partizan NIS and Cibona holds 3rd and
4th position at this moment with 16-8 record.
Buducnost VOLI is at the 5th position with 15-9 record. Game of the
week is clash between Buducnost VOLI and Partizan NIS at Monday, March
24.

Crvena Zvezda Telekom already secured its ticket for ABA Adriaric

Competition in 2013-14 ABA Adriatic league will continue after short
break due National Cups were played in some countries. So, here we are,

After 19 played games, Crvena Zvezda Telekom is still at the top of
standings in ABA Adriatic league with 16-3 record. In meantime, Crvena
Zvezda Telekom wins Serbian National Cup, and full of self-confidense

we are, already in Game 12 in ABA Adriatic league regular season. After
11 played games, Crvena Zvezda Telekom is alone at the top with great
record, 9-2. Partizan NIS and Cedevita Zagreb share second position
with 8-3 record.
At the bottom of standings, there are still two teams, Siroki Primorka
and Union Olimpija. Still big mistery how it is possible that Union
Olimpija have such a terrible record in ABA Adriatic league, and in
Eurocup they are at the top of Group C and already qualifed for the
next round.

Entering
its Game 11, ABA Adriatic league regular season will bring us more
excitements and good games. After 10 played games, three teams are
still at the top, Crvena Zvezda Telekom, Partizan NIS and Cedevita.
Union Olimpija and Siroki Primorka laying down at the bottom and still
struggle to escape into the safe zone. Despite great performances in
Eurocup, Union Olimpija still have big problems in ABA Adriatic league.
Buducnost VOLI vs. Cedevita and Cibona vs. Igokea should be two the most interesting games in this week in ABA Adriatic league.

December 1, 2013 - ABA Adriatic league 2013-14, Game 10
Partizan NIS topped Union Olimpija 63-52. In
not so interesting game in Pionir Sport hall in Belgrade, Partizan NIS
had no much problems against Union Olimpija and grabbed its 8th win and
improved to 8-2 record. Union Olimpija started this game well, but
later Partizan NIS played better and deserved this win. Union Olimpija
dropped to 2-8 record. Zadar topped Siroki Primorka 77-69. Zadar
successfully defended its Home court in game against very good Siroki
Primorka. Siroki played better in first half, but finally, Zadar
woke-up in second half and grabbed important win. With this win, Zadar
improved to 4-6 record, and Siroki Primorka dropped to 2-8 and
continued their agony. Crvena Zvezda Telekom wins over Krka 78-69. Crvena
Zvezda Telekom defeated Krka on road game in Novo Mesto. Too bad, that
due to Luka Mitrovic's serious injury, Crvena Zvezda Telekom had no
much reason to celebrate. Crvena Zvezda Telekom improved to 8-2 record,
while Krka dropped to 4-6. Cedevita wins over Szolnoki Olaj 98-87. Cedevita
continued its winning streak as they defeated Szolnoki Olaj in good
game in Zagreb. Szolnoki Olaj played great during whole game, but
Cedevita deserved this win. Cedevita improved to 8-2 record, and
Szolnoki Olaj dropped to 3-7. Cibona wins over MZT Skopje 93-88.
Cibona grabbed very important road win in Skopje as they defeated MZT
Skopje 93-88. With this win, Cibona improved to 7-3 record, while MZT
Skopje dropped to 4-6. Interesting game, where MZT Skopje had furious
start but failed to defend its home court.
November 30, 2013 - ABA Adriatic league 2013-14, Game 10 preview
ABA
Adriatic league regular season Game 10 will start today with four
games. Another three will be played tomorrow, December 1. After nine
played games, three teams are at the top with identical 7-2 record,
Crvena Zvezda Telekom, Partizan NIS and Cedevita.
At the bottom of the standings, Union Olimpija and Siroki Primorka
share this last position with poor 2-7 record. Action today will start
at 17.00 CET with MZT Skopje - Cibona.
Few games should be very interesting as Krka will
host Crvena Zvezda Telekom, Partizan NIS will host Union Olimpija and
Serbian derby Mega Vizura against Radnicki Kragujevac.

Crvena Zvezda Telekom wins over Mega Vizura 86-78. In
very good and interesting game in Belgrade, Crvena Zvezda Telekom
defended its home court against very good Mega Vizura. Game full of
good and attractive moves, fast plays and transitions, brought new win
for Red and whites. With this win, Crvena Zvezda Telekom improved to
7-2 record, while Mega Vizura dropped to 4-5. Krka wins over Siroki Primorka 68-63. Interesting
game in Siroki Brijeg as Krka used its chances and wins over hosts
Siroki Primorka. Both teams had chances in this game, but Krka had more
patience in final minutes. Krka improved to 4-5 record with this win,
while Siroki dropped to 2-7 record and remained at the bottom of ABA
league standings. Partizan NIS destroyed Radnicki 92-66. Much
easier that anyone expected, Partizan NIS celebrated in road game as
they topped Radnicki Kragujevac 92-66. Game which was announced as Game
of the week, didn't bring excitements at all as Partizan NIS dominated
over Radnicki in all game segments. Partizan NIS improved 7-2, while
Radnicki dropped to 3-6. Buducnost VOLI topped Szolnoki Olaj 84-75. In
one very good and interesting game, Buducnost VOLI wins in road game
over Szolnoki Olaj and improved its record to 6-3. Szolnoki Olaj
dropped to 3-6. Szolnoki Olaj played well, but Buducnost VOLI well
controled game and grabbed deserved win. Cedevita wins over Union Olimpija 71-69. In
real drama, in overtime, Cedevita Zagreb wins over Union Olimpija and
grabbed one very important road game. Union Olimpija played very good,
and they were even better in the most of this game, but at the end
Cedevita celebrated.Cedevita improved its record with this win to 7-2, until Union Olimpija dropped to 2-7. MZT Skopje wins over Igokea 90-85. In
interesting game in Skopje, MZT Skopje had more patience and wins on
this game. WIth this win, MZT Skopje improved to 4-5 record, while
Igokea dropped to 5-4. Igokea had its chances, but obviously, it wasn't
enough to beat MZT Skopje on road game. Cibona wins over Zadar 91-74.
In Croatian derby in Game 9 in ABA Adriatic league, easier than they
expected after first half, Cibona topped Zadar 91-74. Zadar played well
in first half and led 40-39 at the end of second quarter. But, second
half brought better game for Cibona and gave them another win. Cibona
improved to 6-3 record, while Zadar dropped to 3-6 record.
November 23, 2013 - ABA Adriatic league 2013-14, Game 9 preview
With
three games today, Game 9 in ABA Adriatic league regular season will
start. Three more games will be played tomorrow, November 24, and one
game at Monday, November 25.
After three played games, Crvena Zvezda Telekom, Partizan NIS and
Cedevita are at the top of ABA Adriatic league standings with 6-2
record. Despite two wins in last two games, Union Olimpija is still at
the bottom and share this last position with Siroki Primorka.
This week, we will enjoy in two Serbian clashes. First at Sunday,
Radnicki will host Partizan NIS in Game of the Week. At monday, Crvena
Zvezda Telekom will host Mega Vizura in Pionir Sport hall.

November 16, 2013 - ABA Adriatic league 2013-14, Game 8
Crvena Zvezda Telekom wins over Partizan NIS 86-83 in overtime. Probably
the best game so far in ABA Adriatic league regular season, as in
fantastic atmosphere in Pionir Sport hall in Belgrade, Crvena Zvezda
Telekom wins over Partizan NIS. Both teams played well, both teams
deserved win, but Crvena Zvezda had some more luck in last minutes. Mega Vizura topped Siroki Primorka 82-73. Mega
Vizura improved its record to 4-4 after they wins over Siroki Primorka
at home. Siroki Primorka dropped to 2-6 record and will keep struggling
to escape from the bottom of the standings in ABA Adriatic league and
save place for the next season. Cedevita wins over Radnicki 79-71. In
one not so quality game, Cedevita wins over Radnicki and improved its
record to 6-2. After this defeat, Radnicki dropped to 3-5. Radnicki had
its chances, but bad free-throw pecentage and Cedevita's domination
under baskets decided winners in this game. Cibona topped Krka 77-66. Cibona
Zagreb surprised Krka in Novo Mesto just two days after they splitted
with coach Neven Spahija. Cibona played well in whole game, especially
in second quarter when they dominated 31-16 over Krka. With this win,
Cibona improved its record to 5-3, while Krka dropped to 3-5. Union Olimpija wins over Buducnost VOLI 78-76. With
amazing buzzer-beater by Jakov Vladovic Union Olimpija continued its
winning streak and improved its record to 2-6. Buducnost VOLI played
better in the most of game, but that last shot by Vladovic decided
winners. Buducnost VOLI dropped to 5-3 record. Igokea topped Szolnoki Olaj 72-58. Igokea
had no tough goal in this game as they outplayed and dominated over
Szolnoki Olaj to improve its record to 5-3. Szolnoki Olaj dropped to
3-5. Despite part ways with coach Dragan Bajic, Igokea played very well
and gave no chances to Szolnoki Olaj. Zadar wins over MZT Skopje 72-70.
In interesting game, Zadar defended its home court and refused to allow
MZT Skopje to surprise them. With this win, Zadar improved to 3-5
record, until MZT Skopje dropped to 3-5. MZT Skopje had 14 turnovers
and only 59% for free-throws.
November 16, 2013 - ABA Adriatic league 2013-14, Game 8 preview
Time
for Game 8 in ABA Adriatic league. After seven played games, Partizan
NIS is leader in competition with 6-1 record. Crvena Zvezda Telekom,
Buducnost VOLI and Cedevita Zagreb have 5-2 record and are just behind
the leader.
Four games today, two games tomorrow, and one game at Monday, November
18. Game of the week is Serbian derby between Partizan NIS and Crvena
Zvezda Telekom at Monday. All we looking forward to watch this game and
enjoy in real spectacle in Pionir Sport hall in Belgrade.
In last week, Union Olimpija finally grabbed its first win, but they
are still at the bottom of the standings and will need more hard work
to escape and feel safe.

Partizan NIS demolished Siroki Primorka 81-60. Much
easier than anyone expected, Partizan NIS demolished Siroki Primorka
and improved its record to 6-1. With this win, Partizan NIS is leader
in ABA Adriatic league after 7 played games. Siroki actually had no
much chances in this game, as Partizan played dominantly in most of the
parts of this game. Siroki Primorka dropped to 2-5 record. Buducnost VOLI topped Radnicki 86-72. Radnicki
played terrible second half and allowed Buducnost VOLI to win in road
game. After great start in this game, especially in the second quarter,
Radnicki just stopped playing in second half. Buducnost VOLI uses its
chances in this game and improved to 5-2 record. Radnicki dropped to
3-4 record with this defeat. Crvena Zvezda Telekom outplayed Cedevita 73-59. In
Game of the week, Crvena Zvezda Telekom wins over Cedevita and improved
its record to 5-2. With this defeat, Cedevita dropped to 5-2 record.
All we expected more from this game, especially from Cedevita. Crvena
Zvzeda Telekom played better in most of this game and deserved this win. MZT Skopje wins over Krka 80-75. MZT
Skopje successfully defended its home court against Krka and improved
to 3-4 record. Krka dropped to 3-4 record with this defeat. In last few
minutes, Krka had its chances, but MZT Skopje had enough patience to
win in this game. Cibona wins over Mega vizura 98-96. In
fantastic game, Cibona defended its home court against very good team
of Mega Vizura after overtime. Mega Vizura had its chances, but at the
end Cibona had more luck to win. After this game, Cibona improved to
4-3 record, and Mega Vizura dropped to 3-4 record. Union Olimpija wins over Szolnoki Olaj 71-62. Finally,
Union Olimpija grabbed its first win in ABA Adriatic league regular
season. After six consecutive defeats, Union Olimpija finally woke-up
and downed Szolnoki Olaj in road game. With this win, Union Olimpija
improved to 1-6 record, until Szolnoki Olaj dropped to 3-4. Igokea wins over Zadar 80-79.
In pretty bad game in Zadar, Igokea wins over Zadar in real drama. In
much better second half, Zadar dominated over Igokea and if you ask me
had a great chances to win in this game. It is sad how bad Igokea
played in last 20 minutes, and honestly, they didn't deserve this win.
Zadar dropped to 2-5 record, until Igokea improved to 4-3 record.
November 9, 2013 - ABA Adriatic league 2013-14, Game 7 preview
With
four games today, Game 7 in ABA Adriatic league regular season will
start today. After six played games, Partizan NIS and Cedevita are at
the top of the standings with identical 5-1 record.
At the bottom of standings, Union Olimpija is still without any single
win, with terrible 0-6 record. Today's action will start at 17.00 CET
with two games, as Zadar will host Igokea and Szolnoki Olaj will host
Union Olimpija.
Game of the week is clash between Crvena Zvezda
Telekom and Cedevita. This game is scheduled for Sunday, November 10 at

Buducnost VOLI wins over Crvena Zvezda Telekom 62-60. Despite
it was expected to be one of the most interesting games in this week in
ABA Adriatic league, Buducnost VOLI and Crvena Zvezda Telekom played
one very bad and not interesting game. With a lot of turnovers and bad
moments on both sides, Buducnost VOLI had more luck and patience to win
this game. With this win, Buducnost VOLI improved to 4-2 record, and
Crvena Zvezda Telekom dropped to 4-2 record. Partizan NIS wins over Cibona 80-71. In
very good and interesting game, Game of the week, Partizan NIS played
better in the most of this game and deserved win against Cibona. With
this win, Partizan NIS improved to 5-1 record and in positive
atmosphere wait next game in Turkish Airlines Euroleague. Cibona
dropped to 3-3 record. Szolnoki Olaj wins over Radnicki Kragujevac 101-92.
Big surprise, as Szolnoki Olaj topped Radnicki Kragujevac at home. As
the most of people from Basketball, I believed that Radnicki should win
in this game, but it didn't happen. With this win, Szolnoki Olaj
improved to 3-3 record, until Radnicki dropped to 3-3 record. Igokea topped Union Olimpija 74-61.
Union Olimpija remained winless in ABA Adriatic league regular season,
after they failed to surprise Igokea on the road game. Igokea was
better team and deserved this win. Igokea improved to 3-3 record, and
Union Olimpija dropped to terrible 0-6 record. Cedevita wins over Siroki 85-76.
After defeat against Cibona, Cedevita woke-up and wins over Siroki
Primorka. Cedevita played great in fist half, Siroki played better in
second half, but still not enough for win against Cedevita. Cedevita
improved to 5-1 record, Siroki dropped to 2-4. Mega Vizura outplayed MZT Skopje 101-82.
It seems that Mega vizura is on the right track, as they grabbed its
third consecutive win in ABA Adriatic league. Mega Vizura gave no
chances to MZT Skopje in this game. Mega Vizura improved its score to
3-3, as MZT Skopje dropped to 2-4 record. Zadar wins over Krka 80-79.
Zadar suprised Krka on road game, despite Krka is known as team who
successfully defend its home court. Interesting game, and both teams

Tomorrow,
Game 6 in ABA Adriatic league regular season will start. New
excitements are coming, as there are no more undefeated teams in
competition. It will be interesting if Union Olimpija will remain as
the winless team after six games.
Game of the week is clash between Partizan NIS and Cibona in Pionir
Sport hall in Belgrade. We expect great spectacle and good basketball
game. Partizan NIS is favorite because of home court and their fans who
will create great atmosphere.
Anothe one interesting game is clash between Buducnost VOLI and Crvena Zvezda Telekom.

Crvena Zvezda Telekom demolished Szolnoki Olaj 90-64. Expectedly,
it was an easy game for Crvena Zvezda Telekom against guests from
Hungary, Szolnoki Olaj. From the first moment of the game, Crvena
Zvezda Telekom dominated over Szolnoki Olaj and proved its quality.
With this win, Crvena Zvezda Telekom improved to 4-1 record, since
Szolnoki Olaj dropped to 2-3 record. Buducnost VOLI topped Siroki 81-67. In
pretty boring game in Siroki Brijeg, Buducnost VOLI wins over Siroki
and improved its record to 3-2. With this defeat, Siroki dropped to 2-3
record. Cedomir Vitkovac and Aleksandar Capin paced winners with 16
points each. Partizan NIS wins over MZT Skopje 70-69. In
real drama in Skopje, Partizan NIS used its chances and defeated very
good team of MZT Skopje 70-69. MZT Skopje played great in most of this
game, but failed to reach another win. Tarence Kinsey led winners witg
26 points. With this win, Partizan NIS improved to 4-1 record, until
MZT Skopje dropped to 2-3 record. Krka wins over Igokea 69-66. In
not so interesting game in first three quarters, Krka wins over Igokea
and improved its record to 3-2. Last quarter brought much better
basketball, especially for Igokea, who wins 27-19 last quarter, but it
wasn't enough for win. Igokea dropped to 2-3 record. Expected much more
from Igokea in this game. Radnicki outplayed Union Olimpija 81-66. Expectedly,
Radnicki defended its home court, wins over Union Olimpija and improved
to 3-2 record. Union Olimpija remains as the only one team without win
in ABA Adriatic league so far. Sava Lesic led winers with 26 points. Mega vizura wins over Zadar 81-75. Young
team og Mega Vizura surprised Zadar in road game and improved its
record to 2-3. Zadar dropped to 1-4 even considered as favorite in this
game beacuse of home court. Vasilije Micic led Mega Vizura with 17
points. Cibona topped Cedevita 66-51.
Finally, first defeat for Cedevita in regular season in ABA Adriatic
league. Cibona used home court to win in this interesting game.
Croatian derby, and improved to 3-2 record. With this defeat, Cedevita
dropped to 4-1 record.
October 26, 2013 - ABA Adriatic league 2013-14, Game 5 preview
Cedevita
is still undefeated after four games in regular season in ABA Adriatic
league. With perfect 4-0 record, Cedevita challenge all other teams to
try to beat them. Fantastic start of season for Cedevita.
On the other side, bottom of standings, it is only one team without win
after four played games, Union Olimpija. The biggest disappointment so
far. Game 5 will start today with four games. Action start at 17.00 CET
with Croatian derby between Cibona and Cedevita.

Partizan NIS topped Zadar 80-65. Routine
win for Partizan NIS in Pionir Sport hall in Belgrade as they dominated
over Zadar in all game segments. Partizan NIS imporved to 3-1 record,
until Zadar dropped to 1-3 record. Joffrey Lauvergne led winners with
16 points and 9 rebounds. Igokea wins over Radnicki 91-88. Igokea
successfully defended its home court in game against Radnicki. In real
drama, Igokea had more luck and better focus. Radnicki played better in
first half, but it wasn't enough. With this win, Igokea improved to 2-2
record, and Radnicki dropped to 2-2 record. Crvena Zvezda Telekom wins over Union Olimpija 62-61. Union
Olimpija remain as the only one winless team in ABA Adriatic league.
Terrible start of season for Union Olimpija as they dropped to 0-4
record. Crvena Zvezda Telekom improved to 3-1 despite not so good game.
They had more luck in last minutes and reached new win. Szolnoki Olaj wins over Siroki Primorka 71-69. Very
interesting game and great fight. Szolnoki Olaj had more lauck in last
few minutes and won. With this win, Szolnoki Olaj improved its record
to 2-2, and Siroki dropped to 2-2. Cedevita topped MZT Skopje 77-67. Cedevita
remained unbeaten after four played games in ABA Adriatic league and
improved to perfect 4-0 record. Cedevita played well, and led most of
this game. MZT Skopje dropped to 2-2 record. Jusuf Nurkic led winners
with 16 points. Mega Vizura wins over Krka 78-74. Finally,
first win for Mega Vizura in ABA Adriatic league this season. In very
interesting game in Smederevo, Mega Vizura reached its first win and
improved to 1-3 record. Krka played better in the most of game. With
this defeat, Krka dropped to 2-2 record. Buducnost VOLI wins over Cibona 79-72.
Great game for Buducnost VOLI as they reached its second win in this
season in ABA Adriatic league, and improved to 2-2 record. Cibona also
played well in this game, especially in second quarter which they won
26-18. With this defeat, Cibona dropped to 2-2 record.
October 19, 2013 - ABA Adriatic league 2013-14, Game 4 preview
Time
for Game 4 in ABA Adriatic league. After three played games, Cedevita
is the only one undefeated team. Two teams are still without wins, Mega
Vizura and Union Olimpija.
Game 4 will start with three games today, October 19. At 17.00 CET,
Buducnost VOLI will host Cibona. At 19.00 CET, Cedevita will host MZT
SKopje and Mega Vizura will host Krka.
Tomorrow, October 20, four games will be played. It will be interesting
to see if Cedevita will remain as undefeated after Game 4, and if Mega
Vizura and Union Olimpija will reach its first wins.

in home game in Zagreb. It is second straight win for Cibona, as they
improved to 2-1 record. Szolnoki Olaj dropped to 1-2 record.Szolnoki Olaj didn't use positive energy from win against MZT Skopje in Game 2. Igokea outplayed Mega Vizura 91-77.
Igokea reached its first win in this season in ABA Adriatic league.
Pretty good game for Igokea after some changes in its roster. Mega
Vizura remains winless, and will struggle in upcoming games to reach
its first win. A lot of talent, but lack of experience is the main
problem for Mega Vizura. Siroki Primorka wins over Union Olimpija 60-58.
In real drama, Siroki reached its second win and improved to 2-1
record. Union Olimpija dropped to 0-3 record as they reached its third
consecutive defeat. Terrible start of season in ABA Adriatic league for
Union Olimpija. Crvena Zvezda Telekom demolished Radnicki 88-51.
Second straight win for Crvena Zvezda Telekom in game against pretty
bad Radnicki. Unbelievable bad presentation of Radnicki as they reached
its first defeat in ABA league. Hopefully Crvena Zvezda Telekom will
use this positive energy in opening game of Turkish Airlines Euroleague
in just few days. MZT Skopje wins over Buducnost VOLI 78-71.
Pretty good game for MZT Skopje especially in first 20 minutes against
Buducnost VOLI. MZT Skopje reached its second win, now they have 2-1
record. Buducnost VOLI dropped to 1-2 record. Krka outplayed Partizan NIS 60-52.
After this game both teams have identical record, 2-1. Bad game for
Partizan NIS and deserved defeat. Krka played well, not perfect but it
was enough against Partizan NIS in this game. Cedevita wins over Zadar 73-66
and remained undefeated after three played games in ABA Adriatic
league. Much tougher than anyone expected, Cedevita reached its third
win against very good and fighting Zadar.
October 12, 2013 - ABA Adriatic league 2013-14, Game 3 preview
It
is time for Game 3 in ABA ADriatic league. After two played games,
three teams are still undefeated, Cedevita, Radnicki Kragujevac and
Partizan NIS. We will see if they will remain undefeated after Game 3.
Today, four games on the schedule. At 17.00 CET Zadar vs. Cedevita, at
19.00 CET Krka vs. Partizan NIS and MZT Skopje and Buducnost VOLI. At
21.00 CET Crvena Zvezda Telekom vs. Radnicki Kragujevac.

Cibona destroyed Union Olimpija 74-47
in Ljubljana, Slovenia. Terrible game for hosts and more than deserved
win for Cibona. Union Olimpija remained winless after two games, and
Cibona have 1-1 record. Union Olimpija scored 2 points in last 10
minutes. Crvena Zvezda Telekom outplayed Igokea 72-52
in road game. Terrible game for Igokea on their home court, as they
allowed Crvena Zvezda Telekom to celebrate its first win in ABA
Adriatic league. Igokea remain winless after two games. It was
unbelievable that Igokea played without ideas in the most of game.
Crvena Zvezda Telekom deserved this win despite not perfect
performances. Partizan NIS topped Mega Vizura 88-65
in interesting game. Young and unexperienced team of Mega Vizura didn't
have much chances in this game. Superb shooting percentage of Partizan
NIS in first 20 minutes gave them +17 at halftime. Partizan NIS
continued its winning streak, as Mega Vizura is still winless in ABA
Adriatic league. Cedevita destroyed Krka 83-55.
Cedevita dominated over Krka and they had +22 at halftime, 44-22. It
was signal that things will not finish good for Krka in this game. In
second half, Cedevita continue with great performances. It is second
straight win for Cedevita and another one proof that they are ready for
the highest goals in this season in ABA Adriatic league. Buducnost VOLI demolished Zadar 90-68
and reached its first win in ABA league. After win in Game 1, it is
first defeat for Zadar in competition. Full domination of Buducnost
VOLI in this game, as they showed great potential. The fact is every
team could have hard time on home court of Buducnost in ABA league.
Zadar should focus on home games in this season.In great atmosphere in
Sport hall Jezero in Kragujevac, Radnicki outplayed Siroki
75-55 and continued winning streak in ABA league. Players of coach
Miroslav Nikolic played well, except in third quarter, controlled game
most of time, and gave no much chances to Siroki. Unexpectedly, Szolnoki Olaj topped MZT Skopje 81-69
and reached its first win in ABA Adriatic league. Even most of us
expected that MZT Skopje will win in this game after their great
performance in Game 1, it didin't happen today. Better game for MZT
Skopje in fourth quarter but still wasn't enough for win, they woke up
late. Szolnoki Olaj was better team and dominated in most of game
segments.
October 8, 2013 - ABA Adriatic league 2013-14, Game 2preview
Game
2 in ABA Adriatic league will start today with three games. Three more
will be played tomorrow, October 9, and last game will be played at
Thursday, October 10. Today at 18.00 CET Szolnoki Olaj will host MZT
Skopje.
At 20.00 CET, Radnicki Kragujevac will host Siroki Primorka, and at
same time, Buducnost VOLI will host Zadar. After great games and few
surprises in Game 1, all we hope for more excitements in upcoming
games. Game of the week is clash between Igokea and Crvena Zvezda
Telekom, scheduled for tomorrow at 20.00 CET.

October 7, 2013 - ABA Adriatic league 2013-14, Game 1
Expectedly, more experienced team Cedevita downed Mega Vizura 72-62
in Smederevo, Serbia. ABA league debutants, Mega Vizura played well in
this game, but Cedevita controlled game from the start. Nolan SMith led
Cedevita with 21 points. Wonderful game in Sport hall Pionir in
Belgrade, as Partizan NIS outplayed Igokea 67-56.
Partizan NIS played great in first 20 minutes, finished 40-21 at
halftime. Better game for Igokea in second half, but still not enough
to win. Despite significant changes and cut of budget for about 50%, Zadar topped Szolnoki Olaj 71-67 and started season in ABA league in the best possible way, with only one goal, to keep place in ABA league in next season. Krka wins over Buducnost VOLI, even
in some predictions Buducnost VOLi considered as favorite in this game.
Players of coach Aleksandar Dzikic did a great job in second half and
deserved this win. Siroki Primorka suprised Crvena Zvezda Telekom
in Game 1 in ABA Adriatic league. Even considered as favorites, Crvena
Zvezda Telekom disappointed with their performance. Siroki proved once
again that they will be strong opponents on their home court in Siroki
Brijeg to all teams in ABA Adriatic league. In fantastic game in
Zagreb, Radnicki Kragujevac demolished hosts Cibona 82-66 in Game 1 in ABA Adriatic league. Mouphtaou Monra Yarou led Radnicki with 19 points. In opening game of 2013-14 ABA
Adriatic league season, MZT Skopje demolished Union Olimpija. In great
atmopshere in Skopje, hosts dominated most of the game and guests had
no chance at all. Damjan
Stojanoviski and Todor Gecevski led MZT Skopje with 16 points each,
Stefan Sinovec scored 13 points and Cade Davis added 12 points.In Union Olimpija, Sasu Salin scored 12 points.

season will start with game between MZT Skopje and Union Olimpija at
20.30 CET. 14 teams will fight for Final four tournament and fight for
ABA Adriatic league trophy.
There are several teams who might be considered as main candidates for
trophy in this season, but it is not time to talk about any
predicitions. It is just start of season, as many expected to be one of
the best seasons in ABA Adriatic league so far.
