The season is
coming to an end, so we are spending these days we are dealing with
dribbling and handling the ball. In the following publications we will
show something from the preparing of the male and female players for
the arriving fall and continuance of the competitions. Today we will
present some basic exercise for ball dribbling.
There are numerous dribbling exercise; I prefer those that you can see
in the videos. Nevertheless, I would like to warn you that it is not
enough to do this a few minutes if the practice. There are no more
matches at this time so this time period is actually the best for
preparation. In this case, we dedicate 30 to 45 minutes of practice to
this type of exercise.
In most cases, this kind of endless dribbling can be boring for the
players... This player on the video has also until recently had
problems and her presentation is not the best one. But if I grade the
change in the last two months, she is on a good track to an even better
quality. Without hard work at practice we cannot gain new knowledge.
