Tony Parker has found balance in his role as a scoring point guard. Two more wins, and the San Antonio Spurs will find themselves playing for another NBA championship. Parker had 34 points and eight assists, Manu Ginobili added 20 points and the Spurs stayed perfect in the playoffs with a 120-111 win over the Oklahoma City Thunder.

Cibona Zagreb became the overwhelming favorite to regain the Croatian League crown after one year without it by spanking Cedevita 64-82 on the road in Game 2 to take a 2-0 lead in the best-of-five series. Cibona hosts Game 3 on Saturday knowing a victory will make it the Croatian champion for the 16th time.

Montepaschi Siena routed Banco di Sardegna Sassari, while EA7 Emporio Armani Milan had to work harder before beating Scavolini Siviglia Pesaro in their respective opening games of the Italian League semifinals. Ksistof Lavrinovic amassed 19 points and 9 rebounds in Siena’s 91-68 win on Monday.

Turkish Airlines Euroleague champion Olympiacos Piraeus moved within one victory of its first Greek League title in 15 years by defeating archrival Panathinaikos 84-72 on Sunday in Game 3 of the best-of-five finals. A 16-2 run bridging the final two quarters restored what had been game-long double-digit leads by Olympiacos, which now holds a 2-1 edge in the series.

The German League has one familiar finalist and another unexpected one after both Brose Baskets Bamberg and Ratiopharm Ulm registered 3-0 sweeps in their best-of-five semifinal series on Sunday. The two-time defending champions from Bamberg once again blew Artland Dragons off the floor with a 94-63 victory in Game 3, its second 30-point home win in the series.

May 28, 2012 - Bulgarian League finals, Game 3
Lukoil Academic used a high-scoring fourth-quarter rally to put its stamp on another Bulgarian League title by defeating host Levski 82-87 on the road Sunday. The victory gave Lukoil a 3-0 sweep in the best-of-five series and its 10th consecutive national crown, but it took a 30-point outburst in fourth-quarter scoring to get it done.

May 27, 2012 - Italian League quarterfinals, Game 5
Scavolini Siviglia Pesaro became the last team to reach the Italian League semifinals by upsetting Bennet Cantu 69-78 in do-or-die Game 5 on Saturday. Scavolini won the series 2-3 and will face EA7 Emporio Armani Milano in the best-of-five semifinals. Montepaschi Siena takes Banco di Sardegna Sassari in the other semifinals series.

CEZ Basketball Nymburk is once again the Czech League champion! Nymburk won its ninth consecutive Czech League title by sweeping the best-of-seven finals against Prostejov. Nymburk topped Prostejov 67-84 in Game 4 on Saturday to get the celebration started.

May 27, 2012 - Croatian League Finals, Game 1
Cibona took a 1-0 lead in the best-of-five Croatian League finals by downing Cedevita 84-77 in Game 1 on Saturday. Davor Kus led the winners with 18 points. Khalid El-Amin added 14, Damjan Rudez had 13 while Goran Suton and Pavle Marcinkovic each got 12 for Cibona.

May 27, 2012 - French League quarterfinals, Game 2
Entente Orleanaise and Elan Chalon reached the French League semifinals by sweeping its respective quarterfinal series. Orleans became the first team to reach the semifinals by edging Paris-Levallois 73-79 on the road on Friday.

Lukoil Academic moved within one win of its 10th straight Bulgarian League championship on Thursday with an 80-76 victory over rival Levski Sofia. Academic will get its first chance to win the title on Levski’s floor on Sunday. Bozhidar Avramov scored 18 points and dished 4 assists to pace the champs in the come-from-behind win.

May 24, 2012 - Croatian League semifinals, Game 3
Cedevita crushed KK Split Wednesday to win their semifinals series and advance to the finals, where Cibona awaits for an all-Zagreb series. Miro Bilan scored 17 points and Marko Car 15 for Cedevita, which dominated 96-70.

May 24, 2012 - Polish League finals, Game 2
Asseco Prokom Gdynia took a 2-0 lead in the Polish League finals after a 77-65 victory over Trefl Sopot on Wednesday. Adam Hrycaniuk posted 13 points, 14 rebounds and 3 blocks to lead the perennial champs. Prokom took control with 12-2 second quarter run and then finished the half with 7 more unanswered points for a 40-24 halftime lead.

May 24, 2012 - Serbian League, Regular Season, Phase 2, Game 14
The Serbia League regular season came to a close Wednesday with the following semifinals duels now on tap: Partizan mts vs. Vojvodina Srbijagas and Radnicki KG vs. Crvena Zvezda Diva. Perennial champion Partizan finished the regular season with another win, 77-87 at BKK Radnicki, to improve to 12-2.

The top three teams in the Spanish League finished the regular season with victories as FC Barcelona Regal took care of Assignia Manresa 71-77; second-ranked Real Madrid outplayed FIATC Mutua Joventut 95-82 and Caja Laboral dumped Gescrap 100-70 to finish in third.

May 7, 2012 - Turk League playoffs, Quarterfinals Game 1
The top four Turkish League teams during the regular season all won their opening quarterfinals matches at home. Galatasaray Medical Park took out Tofas 80-66, using a 46-27 margin in the middle quarters to earn the win. Luksa Andric paced the winners with 16 points, while Jamon Lucas and Nihad Dedovic added 12 apiece.

May 7, 2012 - German League playoffs, Quarterfinals Game 1
Telekom Baskets Bonn stunned Brose Baskets Bamberg on the road in the opening contest of their best-of-five quarterfinals series 74-75. The hosts had a 55-46 margin going into the fourth quarter but Telekom played its best ball in the final stretch, outscoring the opponent 19-29 to claim victory.

There were no changes atop the French League with one round left to play in the regular season as BCM Gravelines outduelled Paris-Levallois 75-86 to win its 11th in a row and climb to 26-3. Closest rival Chalon dumped Asvel 76-61 to raise its record to 23-5, while Orleans held on to the third position by routing Strasbourg 71-88 for a 20-9 record.

May 7, 2012 - Croatian League, Regular Season, Phase 2 Game 12
The top of the Croatian League standings remained unchanged as Cibona Zagreb downed Zadar 88-79 to stay unbeaten after 13 games. Zadar made a game of it in the first half, which ended 44-44, but Cibona used a 21-14 third quarter to establish control.

With two more rounds to go in the Belgian League regular season, Belgacom Spirou Charleroi topped outduelled Leuven 93-87 to stay on top while closest rival Antwerp tripped up Aalstar 97-93. Third-ranked Telenet Oostende did not play.

May 1, 2012 - Greek League playoffs, Semifinals Game 4
Defending Greek champion Panathinaikos won its semifinals series on Monday to join fellow Turkish Airlines Euroleague Final Four side Olympiacos Piraeus in the Greek League finals. Panathinaikos defeated Kolossos Rhodes 66-74 in Game 4 to win the best-of-five semifinal series 3-1 and reach the Greek League finals for the tenth straight season.
