There are many factors that makes a coach successful. There are factors that you can control and factors that you can't control. These factors are often what controls success for a coach. Success in coaching is often related to winning and losing games, or how many championships a coach has won. Some factors that you can control comes from hard work, planning and goal setting. Its not the will to want success but the will to prepare for success. Lazy coaches are often not successful or lucky.Factors that you can't control are player injuries, the Media, team managment and a bad team.

4. Are the players responding to my coaching?
5. Are my players playing hard every game?
